If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase any subscriptions/products through our platform.

2. User Account & Security

To access certain features, including digital magazines (3D Flipbook viewer) or to view your subscription history, you are required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your profile information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Digital & Print Subscriptions

Banco India Publications offers both physical/print products (such as diaries, books) and digital subscriptions (such as digital e-magazines).

• Digital Access: Digital magazines are accessible through our website's secure reader. Subscriptions grant a non-transferable, limited access license to read the publication online. Download rights depend on the plan tier.
• Print Dispatch: Hardcopy diaries, books, and print magazines are shipped within 48 hours of order processing via registered post or courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Easebuzz).

• Pricing: Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as mentioned at checkout.
• Refunds: Since digital subscriptions provide instant access to copyrighted materials, they are non-refundable once activated. For physical items (diaries/books), replacements or refunds are only eligible if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition, and reported to support within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, designs, logos, digital publications, software, and other materials on the storefront are the intellectual property of Banco India Publications / Avies Publications. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Banco India Publications shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to your data, or any transaction conducted through the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, subscriptions, or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
